Q. How do I get my invoice?

Once you make a purchase, you'll get an email sent to the address you signed up with.


You can also grab your invoice by going to this link: https://www.starterstory.com/d/subscription. In the section that shows all the plans, look for a button on the right that says "view invoice"


If you need a custom invoice -- like adding a specific name, address, or any other details on your invoice -- just contact support here and we’ll help you out.

Q. Do you offer refunds?


We do not offer refunds and all sales are final. 


Q. How do I cancel my subscription and renewal for next year?


If you want to cancel your subscription for the next year, make sure to do it before your renewal date. You can check that date here: https://www.starterstory.com/d/subscription.


On that page, you can cancel your renewal, and you'll still have access to your account for the rest of the current billing period.
